Waiting Lists
While urgent cases may be seen immediately, the waiting time from referral to the first appointment varies throughout the year as demand fluctuates.
After the referral is received, the client or family will receive a letter confirming the referral and an information sheet about CFCC. The family/teen will again be contacted by an assigned Therapist (telephone or letter) when an initial appointment can be offered. There is an opportunity to request a different time and date if necessary.
While awaiting an initial appointment, clients and families can contact us if they encounter more urgent problems.
